    all I can remember was that horrible day that Jack Kennedy was taken from us…………………as a young teenager I went into my bedroom and cried for 18 hours……..would not leave my bedroom even to eat dinner……it was one of the worst days in my young life.

    I was at home with three children in school, the day my husband called with the news that our President had been shot. The world stood still as the unbelief and sadness of the next three days unfolded. Our country lost their innocence that day
