It’s a conundrum, my loves.  Short weeks just seem longer.  Why is that?

I’m getting by dreaming of this blueberry cornmeal cake from Huckleberry Cafe.  Won’t it make the perfect end-of-summer dessert for Saturday’s brunch service?
