(I’m so sorry I didn’t get a picture of this. I was giving a toast! Imagine charred peasant bread with a thin layer of ricotta topped with bright green pea mash. Add slices of perfectly soft-boiled eggs, still warm.)

    Hi Sarah!
    Sorry Aunt Jo and I missed the brunch. Looks so nice. Darn train wrecks!
    The e-mail you used is associated with my smart phone for an app, and I have never looked at it. Uncle Ray’s is the only one that is reviewed regularly, that’s why the delay.
    Looking forward to seeing you all at the wedding, and so glad that Aunt Jo is coming, with a little luck.
