    Hi Lydia,
    I hope this finds you well. I don’t know if you remember me, but you and I spoke previously. I am a friend of Linda Schwartz-Wright. I recently published a second cook book and I would love to have my publisher send you one to review. It is called Homegrown Herb Garden. It is all about using fresh herbs. The publisher paired myself up with a woman who is an expert herb gardener. The first section is dedicated to growing herbs and the second section is dedicated to how to use herbs (pairings, techniques, recipes). The book is a survey of how to use herbs generally and focuses on 15 herbs. The recipes are interchangeable and range from using rosemary in a parmesan panna cotta to bay and in duck confit or Thai basil in a French-inspired Pho.     Hi there. I fell in love with the recipe for the Rose Levy Berenbaum’s Buttermilk country cake. But I can not find the recipe for the layers of the cake. In which was described as “a framboise mascarpone custard alternating with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberries.” I am having a wedding soon and would reallllly like this to be my wedding cake PLEASE HELP!
