I am getting Tangerine for my summer wedding marathon.
How UNBELIEVABLE are these pieces by my high school classmate Jaclyn Mayer? Jaclyn started her own jewelry line in 2004 and eventually started collaborating with the artist Orly Genger.
“Melding fashion and experimental art, collaborative jewelry line Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer translates Genger’s large-scale rope installations into twisted statement jewelry.” –New York Magazine
Here are some of my favorites the Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer site
This stunning jewelry is sold at Sacks, Shopbop and in many hip boutiques. While OGJM have already collaborated with huge designers (like Lela Rose and Whit), the newest collaboration is with J. Crew! Sneak peek of Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer for J. Crew…
Nautical prep art color pop statement pieces. An all in one. Investing in this jewelry is buying a wearable piece of art (or that is what I keep telling Drew as I try to decide which ones to “invest” in.) Go Jaclyn!
Well now Emerson Made is Emerson Fry and her collections just keep getting better.
Her camel & black toe patch slingback is hands down the best shoe I’ve seen in a while. How perfect are they?
But if I’m pinching pennies for a purchase, her tie waist dress might get more wear than the 4-inch heels. Which do you prefer– orange or green?
Or maybe I’ll just force myself to hobble through the day…
What’s your favorite piece in the collection?
We’re springing forward on Saturday, my loves, and I’m looking forward to seeing flowers everywhere: outside, on my table, in my vases and maybe, just maybe, in my closet.
The blazer that got me thinking.
It’s confirmed. I like my florals tailored. And a little 70’s. It’s an Emily Henderson look, don’t cha think?
Would you wear floral pants? This pair gets amazing reviews.
Did you guys watch the Oscars on Sunday? Here were my favorite looks…
Love Penelope’s nod to Grace Kelly meets Vivien Leigh old Hollywood elegance.
Michelle Williams can pull off the most unusual colors (I still dream about the Vera Wang mustard gown).
Natalie looked sweet and elegant, almost like a wedding dress but in a good way.
I really love this Tom Ford cape-column look on Gweny, modern and chic winter white.
This color and shape is stunning on Viola Davis.
A young fashionista, Shailene Woodley, emerges in 60’s era elegance and understated glamor. I look forward to watching her on the red carpet for years to come.
Who wore your favorite look?
Are you guys blog addicts too? I confess to spending all my free time on the computer scrolling through glossy spreads in the ether of the web. I know Sarah does too because we swap favorites in the kitchen (an incomplete list of our joint favs). Here are a few recent finds I’m adding to my daily read…
our talented chefs Anjali and Sarah Simms are equally as talented at blogging…
Send me your favorites, I’m always on the hunt and happy browsing!
February welcomes pink into our hearts and maybe even back into our wardrobe as we transition to Spring. I think we will be seeing a lot of pink in fashion this year, both pastel and vibrant shades of this pretty, punchy hue.
Don’t you love how her lipstick matches the the dress color perfectly? Not to mention the way the pink pops against the tangerine sun room furniture. Nice work Jackie.
Wishing you a pink drenched weekend.
Sometimes you are just plum out of ideas of what to do with the clothes you already own right? I like to have a steady stream of outfit inspiration when I’m getting dressed…
All images and many more from FabSugar.com. Which one is inspiring you today?
I was looking for shiny, happy images to offset the LA gloom (it’s pouring) when I discovered the Write My Fairytale Tumblr.
I’m feeling better. You?
Is that Naomi Watts in photo 1?
